I managed to take a few pips off the table with GBP today, but left many more there...rather bank the pips than watch it come back and bite me...

PS, the reason the trade looks funny, I was not in the office at the time of the news release, so I entered waaaaaaaay early and took a chance, not recommended to anyone...

this one wasnt so bad. im already at +45 pips and holding in cadjpy.
I dont like dopple news. in usdcad were also news at usd and cad in same time, this i dont like. so if i wont trade both i take usdjpy for the us news and cadjpy for the cannadian news.

I just realized how low volatility was this past summer. The last time that volatility was this low was in the 1980's

Volatility is picking up now, hopefully it stays this way.
