Flat is also a position and a very good one, especially when one is not sure or an obvious setup is not presenting itself,,, better to be flat than in red pips.

Fear can be a good thing, but a trader has to master his/her demons to be on the road of success. There is no set of rules to accomplish this, its another one of those individual things that take time to sort out. A few that helped me,,, trade position sizes that allow you to not worry, loose ego of needing/wanting to be right all the time, use hard stops losing an amount that is comfortable to you, trade the 4H or daily, sleep when your tired despite what the market might do, master identifying a few moves that are high % success and only trade those,,, the list is endless.

Im short GJ right now from 183 and I truly don't care if Im right or wrong, it will be what it will be, loss will be very comfortable to me if it happens and I can always accept the good stuff. I have made a sketchy plan/idea of what may happen if it does great and if not Ill make another plan of attack and try again because that's trading.

I never had a problem with being wrong, in fact I consider myself my biggest critic. However, being too critical can cost a lot of confidence. I have to deal with that. Since my account is tiny I only choose positions most traders only laugh about, but I do not make a secret out of it. Hard stops are important to feel ok when you are not watching the market, learned it the hard way.
It is good that you already fully accepted losing. Probably something I still have to work on, even the small losses. Do not feel good about it. Not so much for being wrong, but more for "making a mistake again".

Sorry to anyone dealing with cold and/or rain and snow. I've been there, done that. Decided 20 years ago, I didn't want to deal with it anymore...
