first I thought it may continue a little hier..that hard move down cause I wasn't watching close enough.. and I have been.. usualy if the EUAD and GBP AD start to rise I have found that's a GOOD sign its going to go over ..and the signs were there on those 2.. second I had a big box drawn around the recent day and 4 hr consolidation and its broken throu this for want of better word floor.. I did catch it just as it broke so am up a few points.. I will shut up now.. Oh have said before and say again.. GREAT charts Thks.. ps I reckon its look out below.. just my opnion of course

I didnt expect the strength of that downmove as well despite being very bearish audusd and took only half of the move down. Same as gold I only took half as well. I will be looking for selling trades but somehow I think a retracement is due

Long time no see (read). Thanks for the addition. I wanted to highlight that but was blindsided by my trying to explain the EW idea. I am bullish the $ longer term but I do think a retracement is due. audusd broke down on the 5min but then threw in a hammer and is trying to move up. It could ultimately fail though. I have a tiny long on

Woke up to find the retracement idea in full swing. I took a small long in the audusd and it is doing well. It is getting to my target now and I want to see if it would continue so stops have been tightened. Check out that reversal candle right there on the right

You scalping guys. I give it to you. I cant do it. Anyway did you mean euraud? On looking at that chart that baby might fall hard if it fall through 4500. If it was eurusd then you probably have banked some pips while I was shoring my head off

Scalping the EUUD.. but mainly using the UDX as lead indicator.. with regard to the euad and gbp aud.. using them if going the same way to trade the audusdthe opposite way..it works most of the time but not allways.. it seems to me the GBPAD is the stronger lead.. just my opn of course..I am in Ozz and managed to get about 45 points from 3 traded my day time.. yesterday but went to bed just before the fall.. it fell about midnight. day light saving east coast..

I hear you. I am looking for a retracement in the dollar index so a long in the euro (about 46% of the dollar index) is a good idea. I like that you have allowed for some retracement before buying. This would give us the chance to observe price action. The dollar index chart is overbought on the daily and the RSI is turning down.

I like your trade idea. I dont like fighting the BOJ and I have kept away from selling xxxjpy pairs. But nothing can go up forever. I see the eurjpy falling 20 handles because of the easing/QE that has to be done. For me the question is from where?
