Looking for a very specific EA or someone to hire

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a somewhat odd EA... it seems a bit out there so.. I don't know who to ask or where to start looking... If someone is capable of coding this within the next few weeks I'll be willing to pay, or knows of someone who might I'd appreciate a PM.
So the Ea does the following 3 things:

Deletes all open orders upon User input (something along the lines of clicking close open orders or something reasonably quick it doesn't have to be user friendly, speed is key though.)
...BUT...
Before it delete's it creates a list of all open orders including TP and SL...
And lastly
Upon User input the Ea Should Re-open all Deleted Open orders

Extra's = Auto Delete, Re-open with a timed setting.


If the EA I described above is impossible to make in the MT4 coding language would someone let me know so I stop this potential goose chase before it begins!

yes this can be done and is quite easy to do

This can only be achieved up to a point.
Obviously orders cannot be re-opened at the original price, they would have to be opened at the prevailing market price.
For some orders, price may have moved beyond their SL or TP, it is impossible to re-open them.
