EA to place order on specific time and specific price

i'm currently following a free signal service out there. but getting problem to place the order manually on time they specify.

so i need an EA to placing an order (market or pending) in a specific time.
the signal is usually written like this:

buy @ xxxxx
stop loss: 30pip
take profit : 20 pip

place the order between 08.00-09.00 GMT+3
--------------------------------------------

i hope anybody here can help me build EA for this. I'll give the additional rule of the signal if you need

Actually I can't help you much, but due to my own experience, I used to place an expiry time also. So, once you place limit order based on the signal you've got, don't forget to set the expiry time as well. This time is in your terminal window time, not your local mean time. So, don't be messed on. Hope it can help you..

I would also be interested in an EA that could execute market and pending orders at a specified time and price. For example, I would like to be able to set up a pending order that will execute at 9:00 only if market price has not reached the entry price of the pending order. In other cases, I would like for the EA to just execute a market order at 10:00 regardless of price. Another requirement is that I would like to be able to set up both long and short pending orders on the same pair (or different pairs) provided that market price has not reached the entry point of either pending order. I would like to be able to set the entry times in hours, minutes, and seconds, and set my take profit and stop loss in terms of pips. I would be willing to pay money for this.
