Hi.. I'm interested with this forum because of the unusual topic.
After had some review, this is what i got :
as ullen stated before, price need to be balanced at some level. when it reached the target level, it
usually keep moving than move back again. move forward/backward and then move back again. speak about balance, i say 50% one side
and 50% other side (upside and downside). so i look at the chart again.. i spoted alot of 50% up&down movement side at
certain price range. can be measured with fibonanci. some candle's spike touch 61.8 and 38.2 but mostly the close are at 50. problem is price ranges never have the same distance. look at the chart below.
oftenly, before move to other level, price touched the opposite side of other 50%. if it want to go down, it touched the upside of 50% first or 100%. so this is what we define as 'resistent test'. with ullen theory, the price want to deceive both traders and EA that the price want to go up, but instead it goes down. when i first learn to trade, this movement always catch me and got me frustrated. and things got worst when i use free indicators because these indicator or EA just use simple method like when MA crosses, price is up/down etc, or when certain indicator value reached value 'A' price is up/down.
my thought is confirm with 'Dark Knight' Theory that i found in www.futureindicator.com. it stated that when a lot of trader is buying, it search for stop loses first before really go up.
if this is true, how can we get info about traders transaction in real time? we can get volume transaction, but we don't know how many buying or selling volume transaction.
or if this is not true, how about this thought : the price wanna go up, but it went down first, like telling 'price is down, down, sell, sell...'. when alot of trader sell or there are enough big transaction begin to sell, it went up and leave that selling level.
