I guess you haven't been following this forum at all. He just was able to open a trade explorer with a new demo account, so that those that are interested can follow along.

I see, basically breakouts and colours matches. And you go for about 10pips if m not wrong. It make sense, gonna test this out

IF you read the thread you would know that he just opened his trade explorer. You only read what you wanted.
This is a simple and good system specially for the working class that can only trade day charts.

Yeh 5mins is good, im long EURAUD atm quick scalp....seems to be working ok even though I think I enter a bit late.....but only going for 10 maybe 15 pips

Day late... but it failed to break R on bounce so entered with limit order few hours ago. TP @ lower 2dev bb on 4h and daily. Could go lower of course but yesterdays bullish hammer... Moving SL to BE.

Nice thread...don't get too distracted with the 5m scalping

May not be a bad time to get in on the GBP/CAD. you never know for sure! Day is almost over so be careful. I am already in at a higher level as I saw the trendline breaking yesterday.

Hey guys! Anybody know how to modify Ultra Trend so when it changes color it will alert? I think that will be helpful instead of staring at the screen all day.

Just a few thoughts on repainting of indicators.
Been on a lot of threads over the years here at FF and many get crazy about indicators repainting

Don't sweat it so much...it's just a matter of perspective. Even if an indicator eventually repaints, it's telling you what its designed to at the time of the signal.
No indicator can predict what price will do in the future...just what it might do based on where its heading at a point in time. And some are designed to repaint based on their calculations (for example, if it's using some kind of weighted average)

Take those trades made before the FOMC. They were valid long entries as of price action at the time. The indicator's not to blame for the FOMC crashing the USD pairs. That's the fault of those willing to stay in through the news (yes...like me...)

Now granted that repainting makes it difficult, and with some indicators nearly impossible, to backtest. But forward trading is fine.

So tnavi has been using this indicator...trading forward...for some time now and he finds it reliable. So, that's good now for me. I'll try it out and see how it flies.

Just my thoughts.

curosiusly, UT indi works very fine with 5 min charts.

u can see this perfectly,....but sometimes, in 1 day chart makes some extrange things....
