I see that. It looks like there was a steep rise that resulted in an engulfing candle over the previous red candle. That would make sense on a trend indicator, but it is important to know this as just looking at the red, green or grey lines doesn't mean the line necessarily closed that color and stayed that way in real time. They do, however, show the trend of the pair.

i had been playing with this indicator since Nihilist master uploaded and i never had a problem (in 5 min chart).

I chose the recent low for my initial s/l and position sizing.

be careful with this gbpcad long.

if candle closes in red UT, is better to close and wait again.

Yeah, it had just switched to double green at the daily rollover. Then with the news this morning it shot down and rolled over to red.
I'll definitely keep an eye on it.

Hi Tnavi, just noted that your USDCHF chart's UT have turn red but mine still not. May be because of the different broker.

Hello tnavi,

I am trying to install the indicator but cannot get it to work in MT4. Is there a way to load this. I am new and need help. Thus far I install template but indicator does not show up.

As Tnavi says is better to use UT on D1 TF, but 1 red or green square is not indicative of a trend change, the system works good because the trend line drawn always marks a trend change after 2 or 3 candles, once the trend is confirmed by UT.
