Watch AU GDI for direction.

GDI does not change direction easily like its lower TF counterparts.
Place appropriate SL to prevent an unforeseen event that may change GDI back to previous direction suddenly.

Follow DBX Principles - The rules of engagement

 

1. Follow Daily GDI for direction guidance. Long at the dip and short at the peak.
2. When H4 UDB and H4 LDB are converging, the instrument is consolidating. No trade should be entered.
3. When H4 UDB and H4 LDB are diverging, not converging or parallel to each other, enter the trade in the direction of both H4 UDB and H4 LDB.
4. If aggressive, use H1 DBX in lieu of H4 DBX.

and DBX Principles - The rules of engagement II

1. When Daily GDI is going down, don't long.
2. When Daily GDI is going up, don't short.

For only $0.20 per day to get many setups and signals.
That is a steal!

When H4 DBX is converging, try to stay at the sideline even if M15 and H1 DBX give signals to go unless you are aggressive.

When using DBX please be creative to see the the whole picture.
Don't look at one TF and/or one setup only.

Being aggressive can be a double-edged sword.

AU Daily is in the bear country now....

IMO, EJ has one more wave to go within M15 context.
Use M15 LDB to time the entry.

Unlike other systems, DBX can be used for scalping as well.

EJ M15 GDI has formed a divergence.
Also, both GDI and UDB have hooked down.
This setup is for traders using double-edged swords...

If you are a conservative FX trader, just follow DBX trading setups.
If aggressive, more creative setups can be discovered and applied to FX trading to gain an edge.

I linked one demo account to Trade Explorer with $500 balance this afternoon.

AU outlook is not very bright at this point based on DBX.

AU H4 DBX is forming a bearish convergence pattern.
Upon its completion, a nice move is expected.
