Hi Frocus,

I was using "SmartProfile_test114.ex4" posted by you for a month.
But it appears to have expired now.

You mentioned it to be expiry independent. Any comments?

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to market profile, but have found this strategy which some may find useful - http://www.ino.com/blog/2011/06/how-.../#.VGO_m8k4TXs

It trades between Value Area High & Low and the trigger is based on the 80& rule as defined in the link above. It does not apply to big breakout moves, but then a steady 20-50 pips a day is nice too!

So far I've only applied it on completed days from the past but it may proved more 'challenging' as the VA area unfolds as price moves.

Hi,
Here is a trade I took today audusd after rejection above the value area (VA), on low volume + the red candle closed below the open of the previous candle - a sign of weakness. Target was bottom of VA low. for 23 pips.

Am currently in gbpjpy long from 181.669 TP 182.288 Hopefully it will do the business tonight SL is @ 181.3

Apologies for the delay in replying. The Marlet Profile indicator can be found here http://urbanforex.com/group/forex-market-profile You can select it to show either TPO pocs (Points of Control) or volume pocs with the 2nd setting in MP Inputs, either true or false. Your selection will show in the bottom RH corner of the chart.

I'd find it simpler to look at a cloudy sky than a colored diagram

I am looking for the MP indicator that could give us MP (formerly I need VAH, VAL, POC and TPO) of any chosen time zone (from one time point to another one).
The time zone can be selected by mouse or manually.
