GBPAUD is raising my eyebrow a bit. Seems poised for a break out on the upside as well.

Could we see a break out on both of the them? I guess not out of the real of possibility, but doesn't seem likely since they are negatively correlated (about 88% on the daily time frame).

So, I'm not ready to jump on the break out yet for AUDUSD. Anyone else see this, or care to comment?

A/U will definitely be the pair to watch this evening. Below you can see a symmetrical triangle formation has formed, along with two bear gartley's formed above the triangle. Smart money, will initially break the triangle long, trapping the herd. Once they take the opposite side of the longs (short) they will turn around and push this thing down. The horizontal lines are where I will be entering short, as that is the where the harmonic patterns complete. This is just my opinion. If you take a look at GBP/AUD you will see it is consolidating forming an ascending triangle to the upside/ bull flag. Multiple confluences across pairs are telling the same story that the Aussie* will be going short. As much as i hate to say it, retail positions are stacked long - meaning the 'herd' is wrong.

Again, this is my opinion. Feel free to comment.

Totally agree on this. AUSUSD and GBPAUD both seeming to indicate AUD drop tonight.

If this Chinese data is poor I think we will see a heavy drop in the AUD. This symmetrical triangle has consolidated the big run down, and I'm looking for the next leg.
