Because both GREEN and RED are going down, I would move TS close to the nearby support just in case.

Usually in the beginning of trending, the PA tends to be complicated.
This is why it's difficult to see the onset of a trending.
DBX will let you know when the trending begins.

It's very easy to get confused by TFs.
When H4 is expanding, H1 may be contracting.
So most people get lost in the TFs.

When looking at H4 and H1 DBX posted above, a newbie would get lost about why this could happen.

We may think about H4 as a car and H1 as the engine. It's normal for a car keeps moving forward but the engine is slowing down.

The charting mechanism is that the lower TF moves the higher TF just like the engine moves the car not the other way around.

In order to move a FX pair forward, a continued contracting and expanding are needed.
This is similar to human activities.

FOMC Meeting Minutes at 1400 EST will change this landscape dramatically.
