it change's person to person for me it is
If you are scalping, beware the gates.
If you are trading, then do not run too far off your norm.
If you cannot hold on to your intended protocol and MO, then you will be caged by the market , sometime.
If you ever get into that position as a trader , you will have to fight tooth and nail, just to get out of it.

waiting for double bottom on 5m EU to join longs,
recent H&S top extended base high, so deep from H&S can be only a pullback from up leg

so true I go against my intended in eur/usd today i.e add long position as like day trade and not fallow swing trade protocol and she caged me very badly

I am stop out in long position when she drop down to 1.2977 area , how bad it was, I am not fallow my protocol !!!! very bad priceaction1 very bad

even monkey some time fail from tree.

I am not happy with my self.

I was stop out and she move more down side, so set up is fail. not able to get swing trade. have to see for new set up. be remember swing trade is less leverage and day trade is high leveraged trades.
looking for my day trade set up now, swing trade is pending when she offer the chance I will take it.
