Hi Gonzalon,

I lost five trades this week. GBP/AUD, CAD/JPY, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY and USA.JNJ. However, with locked in profits still came out 3% on top. My open trade equity is also down by 6% from 25%. Good and bad weeks are all part of the process. Those trades had their day.

Time to hunt out some fresh trades! Enjoy!

this week is Not Good, for trend trader, Comparing from last Month In same week
Price is ranging around its weekly Open, Its So Boring, When Price Doesn,t want to break out/Move

I agree, it is a good method. All business no fluff and very low stress. I silently follow along with respect. I have been spending less time with the charts and more time enjoying the days. Stay in touch.

Hi Gonzalon,

Yes you're right we have number of products reversing against us.

But that's the thing about trend following, it's never a smooth ride towards increase of equity.

It's a bumpy up and down ride with eventuality towards a new equity high.

It's a fact and it can't be changed. Only thing we can manage is our risk.

So we have NFP coming out later tonight.

Here's what usually would happen.

We currently are long usd & short commodities and still in the money.

If the trend persist, the news would put us further in the money.

However should there be a change of sentiments, we would most likely see our positions reverse and taking us out for a small loss or breakeven at best.

There's nothing we can do at this moment but just respect what the market wants to give us. Embrace the uncertainty for it will be there throughout your trading career.

I have been lurking around for a few months and I am finally going to create an account at forex factory. I am still very new to trading and I have tested a few systems that trades on shorter time frames with very very very little success. The volatility of the markets in shorter time frames make it very frustrating to trade.Hence, I have decided to follow your system.

I just want to say thank you and I hope this thread will continue for a long time.
