Their live chat support is one of the worst in the industry, that's for sure. I would have to explain basics to them of their own mt4 platform, just clueless people over there. I gave up..
I think, like many, they use an automated system for live chat, which is f^%king useless.
I closed my account with them some time back after they see all my personal details and bank statements when trying to withdrawal all my balance.
Definitely slipped downhill.

I am sure that they don't use a automated system for live chat like you think, I have used their Live help multiple times where real people respond to our queries. However, for critical issues I suggest mailing to [email protected] directly as they have started to use a ticket based system which will make sure every single request gets answered.

I have an ECN MT4 and been with for around 18-24 months. During this time I have had a couple of issues, the platform going offline and trade execution being the main ones. The problem I am having atm is a strange one and difficult to know if it is intentional or just a glitch in the system. My platform tends to freeze for between 1-3 minutes on the start of the hour but it doesn't happen every hour but rather infrequently, perhaps 2-3 times every 10 hours. It is difficult to tell however as I am not always watching the ICM market watch and am often researching, looking at another broker, getting coffee, etc. It is when I am trying to trade that I have noticed the pause. It's also not specific to news releases or volatility. This problem could be quite concerning if say you were trading an EA (or even manually as I have found) that looked for an entry on the opening of an hourly candle as it could miss its mark by quite a stretch not including slippage.
So in conclusion, the broker is at least putting up an appearance of being honest and the support is (hyper: )active. As for the glitches in their platform it could just come down to them using a cheaper solution in their technology but seem to be getting better as time goes on (don't use their demo however as it freezes terribly). It basically comes down to how you want trade with them. Their spreads are unbeatable but if your not scalping then perhaps there are better brokers (with better rebates and minus the commission) that are more tried and tested. As a general comment however I would say they are a reliable broker.
