DislikedI think, like many, they use an automated system for live chat, which is f^%king useless. I closed my account with them some time back after they see all my personal details and bank statements when trying to withdrawal all my balance. Definitely slipped downhill.Ignored
DislikedI have noticed a new trend emerging in the IC Markets feed for the past month (perhaps longer but have just lately noticed). At the start of an hour the platform freezes for about 1.5-2.5 minutes. It's not long enough to set off the disconnect signal but very frustrating when trying to enter a trade with an hourly confirmation signal. It just happened again to me at 05:00 (broker time) the platform froze and didn't restart till 05:01:58, there were no news releases and no high volatility ...no excuses. Sure they may fix if I complain like they did...Ignored
