Nice story Sam. I always tell people wanting to trade is never believe this will give you financial freedom, a good wage or be a career (been there!!). It should be more like a hobby that fits into your lifestyle, your lifestyle should not fit around trading (been there!!) Figure out what your prepared to loose, then quarter it and use that for your account. As the chances are you will loose it, time and again (done that!).

I've always hated threads that just dropped off. The OP was too shameful to tie everything up, admit failure. Some similarities here (although much less exciting :-)). Tomorrow I start tiling a condo after removing all the carpet today. Bought a low-end unit for rental income of 8-9% ROI plus possible valuation increase over time. Good to get the mind off trading for a while.
