Hello Clive, thanks for sharing your strategy, I think the top 8 trenders is brilliant I haven't look at it for long, but I thought maybe entering at high/low break is best entry, because it is also sign that the trend is resuming and one more thing is there any way to turn off the CAD, NZD and CHF crosses, in the top 8 trenders indy? CAD and NZD cross spread is a bit though and CHF move the same way as EUR

Thank you Clive and Ted, I think it will be best if there is option to show only certain pairs

about the signature, yea I read your last post and it seems fit

I still not follow plans too from time to time, maybe because following is boring and predicting is exciting

I will observe this indi in the next few days
In the end its just a stupid numbers game

Last post then I must be going...

Don't want to harp on about my cock up this morning but here's something interesting to emphsise about trading top trenders only...

Look at this GBPAUD chart now. Look at the mess I was trying to trade earlier, but now notice that its come out on top of my 1 minute TT's so now its worth looking at and also the MA's have disentangled themselves so the 1 min 100lwma is above the 5 min 100lwma a sure sign this is switching direction and a far better setup to trade....

Just gotta learn to wait and trade TT's only!!!!

Pure and simple make money!!!! Now I don't know about you but thats what excites me the most about Forex trading. making money and lots of it!!!

And as if by magic look whats happening to our GBPAUD pair now its got itself clear of the shite!!!!

Either way great trades. You cannot control the market only what you will do in reaction to what you are given. If that is entry/exit at +20, re-enter and stop to BE asap then everything after that is out of your hands.

When you trade according to your rules things seem to go really well. I suspect you have your answer on the way forward right there. Nice one.

Banked another 7 pips there as its struggling now so a nice little trade. Its taking a few more steps back so wouldn't be surprised to see this go through still maybe enter off of yesterdays close or 1.84500. Fairly happy with that result but I'm still not getting in at the start of these moves gonna have to work harder on that.

Definately, definately feels like I'm getting somewhere with all this.....

I think we can safely say we're through and if I'd of been brave enough should always add on a break and retest of such a strong level but not for me today was just pleased it went through in the end...

Also just want to quickly add here this is why I prefer pullback entries as opposed to breakouts as now I'm up about 15 pips more than a breakout plus I have a good level between my BE stop and the price so a good chance it will survive any retests etc..

What a shame I didn't hold my other 2 positions but decided to bank as I go today. Think I'll try and hold this now until end of day as NYO sessions quite often just peter out to a nice slow finish and see what I've got end of day. Also as this is a nice hourly breakout it could go quite aways today...

Well had a bad start today trying to be too clever for my own good but once it got clear it was away, says a lot for just trading strong trenders doesn't it?? Not that it will work like this everyday but the chances are we're get quite a few and once I start to feel the trend then we're start some serious trading with some real money and see how it goes.....

Hey Clive, what is the indi in the bottom right corner of your chart? It looks like it measures the current trade, the overall pip count for the day, and the spread maybe? Do you mind posting it?

Just closed out my gbpaud last entry for 35 pips as it was struggling to pass brn had 3 goes without succes so decided to bank on last failed drive so about 62 pips banked from that move. Shame I banked earlier 2 entries but you just never know. Mind you having said that I'm feeling a lot more comfortable with reading trend strength from price action so maybe I will hold until evidence that trend is failing.Had some silly losers today but account still up about 10% on the week so far so if I can get some good trades over next couple of days could be a good week. If I had of kept my old risk of 1% per pip and 10 pip stops would of been nearer 50 % up so will keep that comparison going as I'm not adverse to a bit more risk as you all know....Had a couple of pms asking for rxisting template etc so will post later as at work right now using mob to post...

Hi Guys

Some guys have PMed me for my template which if I send on its own is no good without the Indys I use so heres my templates and all the indys I use.

There are 4 active templates which I switch between throughout the day depending on how I'm trading they are named and used as follows

Attached File
File Type: tpl #clives 1 minute scalper ha.tpl   253 KB | 905 downloads
this is my main trading template which shows TTindy and HA candles
Attached File
File Type: tpl #clives 1 minute scalper nc.tpl   253 KB | 783 downloads
exactly the same as above but normal candles for more exact entries
Attached File
File Type: tpl #clives 1 minute scalper ha monitoring template.tpl   247 KB | 717 downloads
I use this for monitoring the top 4 TTindy pairs with no TT indy to keep window clear
Attached File
File Type: tpl #clives 1 minute scalper nc monitoring template.tpl   247 KB | 767 downloads
Same as above but normal candles

Heres how I use them to monitor the top 4 trending pairs from my TTindy, I use the monitoring HA template for the first 3 windows with no TTindy and just put the TTindy template on the bottom pair so I can keep an eye on the top 4 whilst monitoring the top 4 pairs.

Once I see something setting up that I like the look of then I open that chart right up and switch between templates depending on what info I want on screen and which candle type I want. I find it best to keep the TTindy on your main screen because it will change quite rapidly.

The best way to get the right pairs in the right place I find is to open 4 charts then select tile windows from the window menu. Once you have that then open the market watch window and click and drag the top trenders onto your charts, I usually put the top one top left , the 2nd top right, the 3rd bottom left and the 4th bottom right with the TTindy on it. Once you have the pairs in the right corners then select your templates as above. Basically HA monitoring top left top right and bottom left and the 1 minute scalper HA bottom right.

I can't upload any more files so I'm going to do another post and upload all the indys I use in my templates..
Feel the Fear and do it anyway!!!
