? Are we witnessing today an anti-correlation between Shanghai Composite and AUD ??

1 ) BUT WHY ??
It seems to go contrary-wise the conventional myth that good economic growth in China leads to Strong Aud.

2 ) If QE in China leads to bounce in AUD - again, what is the cause-effect relation here ?

I think those are interesting questions - anybody here also thinks so?

To answer your question, compare the size in FX market and Shanghai Composite, for one, I do NOT think Shanghai Composite is not the major cause for AUD falling to 0.900, period.

We have had waves of bad data from AUD, weaken in China economy data, plus the USD rally fueled by the upcoming FOMC, it's enough reason to see why AU is falling to where it's at right now.

Hmmm 0.9080 seems like an interesting resistance 50% fibo retracement.. but seems early... gona watch FOMC today to decide if i wana get in at 9080...

FOMC might give me a better trigger preferably around 0.9150-0.9180 to short.
