If you followed the Magic indi, then 4th bar was the signal candle and you could enter on opening price of the 3rd bar. you entry also exceptable.

Then a question, how do I find pairs with high adr. Is there a way to do this and what should the adr number be?

yes indeed, if you attach an indi like this one... http://gyazo.com/2618b2ba8414329410e25576ae5c07a0

there are quite a few of them and are called " xADR" , just add it to your chart.

Thx for the answer. But the dhruba indi was grey at that 4th signal candle. Is dhruba not that important? Trying to learn.

Average True Range is among default indicators of MT4.
Who wants to become a successful trader, has to learn the basics and the tools very well before even thinking about any trading system. When I first discovered Forex, I spent some months on studying the "Help" section of MT4, analyzing what one or other indicator does and how it behaves in certain market conditions. Jumping into trading without preliminary hard work is not good and such trading cannot be sustainable long term.
To learn Forex, one does not need FF nor even any other people's advice. Two sources are good enough - "Help" section in MT4 and Google search.

Hey Nihiist, thanks for sharing this system. It is very interesting. I apologize for not having read the whole thread yet, but I have just come across it today. In one of your earlier post, you have arrows on the chart rather than all of the bars and squares. As I like clean charts, can you share the arrow indicator? Is it combining the UT and it's filters?

Well, I don't understand your comments, this indi is a pure calculation of the daily range and average of daily ranges, it has nothing to do with trading or jumping into trades,

It only calculates the day range, and by doing so, you can see easily which pairs has bigger moves, this was the intention of putting this indi in here.
Baby pips school is also a good source to learn forex, the ideal is you should only trade with naked JC and no indies at all, but then what is the reason for creating so much indies? basically they all are mathematical calculations, by doing so, it saves you plenty time.

I don't need to know the mechanics of my car in order for me to drive it.

There is no fav indicator in particular, rather nihilist all the tpl and indicators are gr8 and the best thing is you can make your tpl choosing indicators of your choice, I like Dhruva indicator.
