100% agree. That is definitely one pair I never look at, unless it is approaching the 1.20 that SNB defends.

Lol, I know what you mean, was like watching paint dry so I closed the trade at +1 pips..lol

Why would you EVER consider trading a pair that moves slower then watching paint dry? It's a waste tying up your capital with these ultra low adr pairs.

OK just wanted to show what I am looking at...I am trading daily charts because of my lack of time to be in front of the charts.
I have put together something a little different, but using some of Nihilist indicators. I love the UT as far as my entry on my daily chart, and that
has been a problem in the past until I found the UT.

Now my problem is handling the trades once I am in, I am finding this to be the hard part on the daily candles....So would welcome any
comments from those who trade daily charts as far as SL and TP.

Here is a Trade I am in now for the last 3 days, was kinda going for that first resistance level, but would hate to see it turn now and lose all
my profits...

My initial SL for EURAUD on daily chart would be 215 pip and TP 430 pip. By now, I would set the trade to BE and nothing more.

Thank you! sounds very reasonable to me...As you can see I have my stop set
just under BE right now but been thinking about moving to BE..I know you have to give it room to move

Usually, if nothing extraordinary happens, 2 * ATR is enough room on any higher TF. EURAUD currently has daily ATR around 100-110 pip, so if you are in 200+ pips profit, it is time to move SL to BE.

I mostly trade with such logic. 2 * ATR for initial SL and 4 * ATR for TP. But on lower TF, even M30, it does not work well, unless when market is dead. They need 3 * ATR for SL.

Hi Indrek,

you wrote today that you mostly trade on H4. Don't you think that 1*ATR on this TF is sufficient? And if not, could you please answer why? Did you backtested that?

It has come from my own experience. No, 1 ATR cannot be sufficient, at least not for me.

everything here is good for below day tf because of stoploss issue if u use day chart then it should eat more pips then lesser time frame
