London and US are best for volume and momentum but Asian session has good sides, too. Main is that price usually moves to one direction, so if you catch a good entry then the trade may be slow but is quite safe.
I personally sleep during Asian session

I do remember reading that post.

In the thread Nihilist addressed the issue of how the Ultratrend Indicator repaints. He actually goes into detail a few times. Just check again. Use the search function on the top left. I commend you for reading the thread but that question has been addressed more then a few times. Many green pips to you.
