i wouldn't have taken the trade if it were me. price is just near the supply demand area, and just below it is a proven support area.
If you look at about 40 bars back on the H1 time frame price has been moving sideways no breakout on either sides. about 20 bars back price has formed another untested resistance and so its been ranging between supdem area.
Kindly let me know what has been your reason for entry?

Yep I have been around a while on and off, lots of experience, like everyone else I have always been looking for the holy grail, alas it doesn't exist. I do believe that all trading systems work, it is all about finding one that suits you and then sticking with it, watching how the markets move in relation to your system and then finding that slight edge. Money management is paramount and don't over leverage, don't trade on emotions or think that the market will move back in your favour, kill trades that are at a loss and move on to the next trade.

Ah I did not notice the S/D zone. Silly me. Currently losing ten-ish pips. should i just close it out? Or wait NY Time.

Maybe you would like to use "greenshot" is an easy application that lets you select and send the area to Mspaint.. you can easily post the screen shot....

On my chart USDCAD gave long entry signal at 1 a.m GMT. But it is struggling against the strong resistance zone both on M30 and H1 now.

Why don't you guys just use MT4's screenshot function? If you go under File and select "save as picture" and "active chart (as is)" it creates a screenshot of your chart, already cut out.

I use my mac screen crop function to crop the section I want to post.

Sorry for late response. I take weekends completely off to refresh brain. What I meant by taking trade when all red/green is just another separate entry trigger for me. This in in addition to the rules of the system.
