Dollar index daily chart short term overbought, NZDUSD selloff mostly uninterrupted from 0.88'ish, and one of the biggest negative carries in FX to be short NZDUSD - all reasons for tactical long NZDUSD. Continued/further USD safe haven bid on geopolitical developments would be a risk to a NZDUSD long position here. IMO new NZDUSD shorts here are at strong risk of countertrend snapback or sideways chop, with negative carry eroding any profits day by day.

Just stay short stop letting a positive carry swap influence your trading! The pair is clearly going down, if it's going to take. 7xxx's or. 6xxx's prices well see you there!

Update:

Price entered "Buy Zone" & returned to S/R now returning to "Buy Zone". I traded the bounce but now I'll probably wait for an entry near the bottom of the zone for my next entry long.

The bounce allowed me to move up a bit my hedging position, so i'm ready for the bears

If NuUs manages to breach the first resistance level @.8386, it'll probably continue up to test .8415,

If it manages to breach the first key support @.8338, it'll probably continue to slide and test .8320.

I remain bearish.

This area will be hard to break, but i think if this channel is broken, and the harmonic resistance area is broken, we could see a move higher.

this should be a little more clear

Thinking it will head down to .8200 area after it hits one or more of these reversal levels. Of at least get to .822 eventually.
