If your indicators are all OK, you make the entry or you look at the PA (ShouldrHeadShoulder, ....), not only the S/R which are included in your strategy? - In particular, do you enter against the trend of the last days if your indicators are OK? {quote}

No need to overcomplicate things. When all indicators say go then we have to go and take it. Like said before, I prefer to spend not much more than 10 minutes per every 4 hours on watching charts. So, I do not analyze much, just take a quick look at indicators. The more mechanical it is, the better.
One good trader once said that we can trade every random line that we draw on chart. We just need to be consistent.
Good night everyone, it is over midnight here

You are much experimented tan I. It is clear. Could you give us any % of winner/looser trade? (I believe that you Earn/loss ratio is 2/1 so I would only like to know your winner's percentage ;-)

My remark was if you enter according to the trend, you avoid entering in consolidation phases whith few chances to reach the TP. (3 candles in the anti-trend direction and go on with consolidation). You never take it into account?

Many hanks. Good night everybody. 23h42 here in Spain!

{quote} Just saying....Just saying... Think along this way.... I had the same trade as you... I moved to BE+ ???? after 10 pips. If by chance a news or something comes in and triggers more moves upwards/long...then i will eventually close at about say...50..60...80 !!!! or more pips. If by chance it goes against me .... i have about 25 to 30 pips..but still close with positive.. But the main focus is CREATING AN OPPORTUNITY TO LET YOUR PROFITS RUN ALL THE WAY.....instead of chickening out or CUTTING YOUR PROFITS because of fear. It is trades like...

Trading is all about your attitude towards the market
I could have moved my Sl BE +10 but current price was just 22 pips away so I did not prefer to take chance, 2nd why I closed the trade, its near 200 EMA which is itself a strong resistance and also if you look on Sup Dem it is also showing the strong resistance at this particular area so found it more comfortable to grab 36 pips instead of getting it 10, if it breaks the resistance I will again check the opportunity and enter.

anyway thanks for you comment and opinion.

{quote} You need good nerves to trade EURCHF It moves 7 pips per 4 hours... But the ideal entry for CADJPY was 40 hours ago. I would not take it now but matter of taste, of course.

Yea entering EC was a bad idea , i woke up 11 hours later to learn that it moved 2 pips from my entry only , haha .

Well now check my new entry, i think its more refined (bearish/grey to bullish) any opinions and suggestions are welcomed !

{quote} ... or people who are lazy to read the thread and just want entry signals ... Trading isn't for lazy people. If they have no time to dedicate in a thread and then make in practice their understanding, then they shouldn't trade ...

Yes, trading is voluntary - no obligation to do it at all. First choice that should be made is to trade or not to trade. If going to trade one has first to spend days, weeks and months learning tools, systems, PA etc. This time must be taken, or no chance to succeed longer term.
But if someone says that he has not enough time to check his charts even after every 4 hours or he even needs an EA to trade daily charts then it is obvious that such person should stay far away from forex market.

{quote} 1st : HolyGrail - Conservative (Safe) UTrend V2 - Aggresive (More sensitive) If you try the UtrendV2 Templates. You should enter 2 bars back. Just saying. Up to you to use which template. Alright. Back to the topic. You should wait for candle to close. Patience my friend ! The entry is inside the supply and demand zone. So, its not a good choice but you still can trade.

I would stick to the holygrail for the time being , to not jump around system, i need to focus on one system anyway thanks for ur suggestion ! Well i see the price close in the zone so i tot that it might break so i entered the trade , but oh well , guess i should avoid this kind of entry ! Thanks !
