Then the similarity in color change comes from the overall principle that basically most indicators show the same. When there is a good move, every indicator says - sell or buy. The only obstacle can be the trader himself.

I clarify my earlier statement once more.
When I said that Magic is same or almost same as UltraTrend, then I meant that it is changing color at same time or approximately at same time without repainting. Which means that if using UltraTrend for trading and wanting to backtest the system, we can use Magic instead of UltraTrend, and the result will be adequate. Of course, UltraTrend is faster in real time, that is why I suggest that if wanting to use just one of these for trading then choose UT.
I have no idea about the construction of Nihilist indicators, so I cannot comment on that. But this is not even important. Only thing that matters for a trader who is not a coder, is - what does an indicator tell us.

Why on earth would anyone suspend Nihilist!?!?!
He is and has been one of the most generous and kind souls here on forex factory! Just doesn't make sense! Is there anything we can do to rectify this situation? Well probably forevagen had few different accounts and tryed sell indicators. And he was wasting time here to get codes from nihilist ? i dont know. But forexvagen membership is revoked..

Nihilist is temproraly suspended.. Nihilist dont made anything to deserve this.. i hope nihilist will back soon

You have to zoom in your chart. And like with every indicator, you can change colors and appearance in settings.

If market is open or closed does not affect what indicators show and how they look.
I have changed the Trix settings very much for the template to show only momentum bars and to show them like I personally want. With default settings Trix looks like on the picture.
