gold has is now at the 38%-50% Fib level of the last move up-I am looking for a chance (PA signal) to jump on board.

IMHO $ will make one final jump , perhaps till the 10600 R area before it moves down to test the bullish trendline. I am a bearish $ till then.

Thanks for your reply Rehab. In this market it is possible your scenario will turn out correct but for now (short term) I saw the signs of weakness in the charts i.e price heading down first then going up. How far up it goes is a trade management isuues. 10600 is a good resistance area as you said. Check out the daily chart price put in a nice inverse hammer and is going down at the moment

This idea is toast if 1.0820 is taken out. I was thinking of 1.0860 as the invalidation point but because the possible left shoulder is lower price could still head there and be within tolerance limits of the right shoulder. Perhaps the more conservative play is to wait for a break of the neckline. There is at least 350 pips to play for from there
