Hey HP, if i may, can i ask how you get your green and red triangles?
not the switching to buy/sell conditions but the actual highs/lows - just a consecutive high/low calc?

Also, do you use any kind of filtering on the incoming ticks, before charting them?

Well there is certainly of whole lot nothing going on in the markets both futures and fx. Just a bunch of ugly charts. No trades.

The NQ is absolutely cooking again today...since 12:00 (UK) its been firing consistent signals in line with the longer term trend. Screen grab taken a moment ago:

Hi, yes this is on an equivalent 1 pip setting on the NQ, but it varies by chart, particularly on FX, depending on our targets and the pairs daily range. Hope this helps!

Can you explain a litle more your setup?
For what i understand you use the MAs to get the trend and use a and oscillator that create those arrows.
Can you please post a image with valid and invalid entries.

one your way rockypoint!! although FX not the best component at the moment -still an easy 10.

Some nice trades today Doc & FXPRO heres mine. DX had to chase a little due to news butit worked out ok, 6E caught nice divergence
Could have caught upmove on 6E but was chasing DX at the time and I don't chase very often.

hi great tread i got the range bar going but read in here somewhere that larger spread need larger range bars?
my spread on CL is 7 points and my bars are set at 3 . do I need to change them? thanks

not sure what you mean when you say spread on CL is 7 points?

I like to trade futures charts of 5tick range bars or the ATR, If range bars are too small charts look choppier.

The visual is important to me when I look at charts
