Well there is another blow for NZD and AUD. Trade balance was great for China except Imports were down heavily!!!. MY gosh commodities currencies are in thick of it now.

Closed AU shorts added AJ long looks like 93.95 area will provide good support.

AUDUSD likely to re-test 0.9200. However, a trade above 0.9275 can negate the downfall.

Anil. Do technical really work during times of crisis? I think fundamental is really the key here. back to .88 sooner than later.

I agree with your opinion that fundamentals do work at time of crisis but technical details can't be avoided. Moreover, i'm not to optimistic about the AUD as there are still some problems with the AU economy which needs to be solved before the pair tests 0.8800. 0.9100 and 0.9030 are the likely low of the year for me.

Thanks for the AJ mention...I've never traded it but it looked good...better this morning too...think I'll hang on to 'er for a bit....

After awesome skiing in Australian Snow Mountains I am back to business.

I predict 0.93800 target for this week .

0.9250 - is a good point but could hit 0.9230

I just bought a little Aussie. I mean just a very tiny bit, because I'm testing a new strategy, but it looks like A/U is ready to break out.

Perhaps along with NZD/JPY?

Generally a H&S signals a reversal of a trend. This is a continuation signal and has the risk of being over sold imo.
