In addition, with the hammer, I entered a long position @ 1.0461. It was taken almost immediately. Using a 30 pip sl, and a 40 pip tp. Not really a great r/r, but I can't see this going over 1.05 this evening.

The action was just to slow for me tonight... I bailed on this position for a 7 pip win... I'm getting tired. Might just call it a night.

So... I wanted to start this journal back up. My balance has increased since I've started this up. Up to $224.29 now. Again, I trade 4 hr charts, so this thread might be slow from time to time. No worries though, I might just stop by and post some nonsense in addition to trades. Anyone else can feel free to do the same. Anyways, here is my first set up... Have to see if it gets taken.

Well, still waiting to see if the trade gets taken or not... If it does or doesn't, at this point, I really don't care, its July 3rd, and I'm ready to get CRUNK!!! Time to check out for a bit...

Such a boring day today... Nothing interesting going on in the Cable thread, just a bunch of HDA hating. I have no trade setups going right now, so that makes things even more boring.

Ok, to the point. I know I haven't been showing my trades in this thread like I said I was going to... However, lets be honest, is there any point? I don't think this thread is getting much (if any) traffic anyways. But, I think I'll give it one last honest try and see what happens...

So, in the future I'll be trading GBP/USD and NZD/JPY exclusively. 3% risk per trade, shooting for 6% reward.

As always, this thread is not only about trades... Feel free to post anything you want. I certainly will. Take care and have a great day.

Got stopped out overnight. -5%. It'll happen. Not losing sleep over it. Just gotta win 4 out of 10.

I always feel like I'm walking into a trap taking a trade at this hour on a friday...

But.... My plan is telling me too, so I am going to.

I took a long @ 87.27
SL @ 87.058
TP @ 87.694

Again, risking 5% to make 10%. Lets see how it goes...

Well, the trade is still going. Collected some interest on it during the weekend, so thats always a good thing. Anyways, looks like I won't be on the feet that much this week. You'res truly decided it would be fun to hulk smash his toes into a heavy box over the weekend. Fun times. And by fun I mean no fun AT ALL. Just hope you all had a better weekend than I... Lets hope my trading goes better than my walking this weekend.

Well, another day.... another day of limbo with my trade. However, it was also another day of collecting interest. Its actually piled up enough now to reduce my total risk. However, i will not figure swap into my calculations. Its still a 5% for 10% trade as far as I'm concerned. Lets see how it goes...

Closed @ +1 pip. The breakthrough I was expecting never came to be. Earned some interest, but this trade was a wash.

Currently long on GBP/USD @ 1.6862, looking for a tp @ 1.68986, got sl @ 1.68415. I'm starting to think I'm going to stick with GBP/USD for awhile. Doing backtesting on NZD/JPY while that trade was going on, and didn't like what I see (partially the reason I closed at +1 pip).

Holy moly! I just checked on the NZD/JPY for the 1st time since I closed my trade. Good timing on my part, that thing TANKED in a hurry!

My GBP/USD trade got stopped out last night. Just now getting around to updating this thread since I wasn't feeling all that hot today. Anyways yet another -5%. I'm currently out of all trades waiting for the next setup.

Today is brutal. Got an hour and half til I'm done with work, and a market that that is absolutely going nowhere fast. Oh, and its cloudy outside. Total blah day.
