Disliked{image}{image} First Pic is 5M timeframe. The rectangle shows price breaking the FL and then how far it retraces thereby forming the new FL. 2nd pic is M30 and you can see that by placing your stop loss above this FL it doesn't get taken out.Ignored
DislikedOne of my group trader that day took this DBD and said it hit his stop loss and turned. His stop loss was just above the zone. Just to make here noisy. i seemingly had a huge leap in my understanding. for example, in this chart you attached. i put a black line under your blue box. when price leave the blue box and touch the black line, it's time to enter short. this entry is due to my understanding that engulf or FO doesn't matter, the nature of these move is the price seeking liquidity. when market seeks liquidity, it will prefer seeking it whenever/wherever possible instead of seeking it when it has to. i don't...Ignored
