Interesting, the last couple of days it looks like the JJPY is beginning to support the AUD again (and AUD the JPY).

Can't believe a number that's worse than forecast can drive the price up by 40 pips. So glad I didn't play the AUD roulette tonight.

news that's lower than expected, but price shoots up...sounds familiar!
non believers...the chart doesn't tell stories, just facts... blue box? should get there...
the market is going in a direction, the news just gets it there faster...

No I did not know that. Now that you pointed it out, I just noticed. OMG!! Look at that Yen movement! Totally unrelated to AUD number. Is that an intervention? I find with any intervention lately, it's always AU or NZ that gets it (that HUGE Yen intervention after the Tsunami that pushed AU & NZ 100+ pips, remember that?)

it is very likely pound will spike up at GBP data release at 4:30 am NY time and later Carney speaks. Yen wants to weaken. How? It needs to drive other currencies up to weaken. It cannot drive the USD and euro up right now, so it has aussie and pound to drive up.

you guys crack me up...with tens of millions in profits on a daily basis, is it believed that the creators (banks) of the markets you are currently trading, don't have the information we just received, 2-3 days before its released from the government that they own and work with on a daily basis?
