I forget to say we are in 38%
BE and taking benefits, it is not much, but is 10 Pips.

Hi Damien,

Am I correct in analyzing that price might go out of steam to the downside, due to decreasing dept and momentum and projection ?

Or do I need to calculate other factors just for the order flow analysis ? Also not considering NSH and NSL at this point.

It exhaustion in gold the steep rise, taking the rebound, +58 pips
Reasons for short entry in gold. In 61% and the SZ, expecting a decline, which was given, and went of trade in R3.

EURNZD M15

Perspective :-

  1. A Bat in the making and is in the final leg formation of it.
  2. The Price has run into a wider supply zone at and above 1.55565 all the way to 1.55960.
  3. This zone used to be a demand zone till price tanked below it and now the role has reversed for the zone.
  4. After three failure tries, I think the AB=CD formation is finally ruled out.(atleast as of now).
  5. Now it is possible for the price to tank below the 50% mark which is the immediate demand zone and go to the next demand zone at 88.6.
  6. This is also around the 161.8% of the projected AB.
  7. In the H1, we have the price struggling between the golden ratio and the 78.6% of the Main swing (1.56493 to 1.54093). A possible ABCD there. (Agro C).

Conclusion with Levels :-

  1. Sell at Current levels of 1.55426
  2. Stop-loss at 1.55980 (100% XA)
  3. Target (TP2) at 88.6% XA 1.54514 with the TP1 for SL BE adjustment at 1.55118 which is the previous low and the 50% of XA.
  4. RR = -0.00554/0.00912


update :-

PATTERN INVALIDATED, STOPLOSS OF 1.55980 TAKEN OUT. Price is going for the AB=CD probably but am stopped out and not gonna double guess this.

But I would like to analyze what went wrong. Just for a perspective, not to get in again.

Analyzing again, I have had the PATTERN FITTING problem again. I hurried up with the main swing keeping the Bat in mind.
I have come up with a new analysis for this.

  1. What if the Low for the main swing was the next HL than the one I took for the flawed Bat above.
  2. In which case, price behaves as demand at the golden ratio for this main swing.
  3. May be it is headed for the D point and was possibly a perfect ABCD. I might be wrong with this one again as well. Any views/criticism by fellow traders would help me immensely now.

  1. Price made a low below the structure on the left. A LL with steep angle signifying good momentum.
  2. Price hit 38.2% of AD. SL adjusted to BE.

Gold currently just making an agg c dont like the PA going into the PR zone at the moment though, very high vol bar from a news event probably, looks like the plane crash.. normally would be all over this wide high vol bar as a rev, very high vol meaning selling presuure as well as buying in there, but that would be at the end of a trend or sustained move which hasnt happened here..

TP reached, with a new entry, +12 in the first, which came to 38% and bounced. +37 and in the second to the S1, going more than 61% there for the great mmtum bassist which had par.
In TF greater, to break down, the 0.9325 would open the door to greater falls, probably.
