Below I have attached the Spread sheet I use for my flight plan.

How I use it.
1. Pre Flight Inspection - I fill this part out if I see a future trade developing with what what I would like to see happen for me to enter the trade(the anticipation step)
2. Take Off - This section is filled in once what we anticipated happens and we enter the trade.
3. In Flight - This is filled out after we lock in some profits/move stops/etc. If no change occurs from start to finish you can leave blank till trade is closed.
4. Landing - This is filled out once we exit the trade.
5. Flight Report - This is where we reflect on the trade and what we could or couldn't have done better.

After I fill out the form I screen shot it and save it as whatever trade it was for (Trade #1, Trade #2, etc) and then I delete all the date in the boxes to prepare for the next flight...
NOTE: The Pre Flight inspection should almost always be filled in as you are watching the markets develop.

This morning I have entered a GBPUSD Long and it looks to be pretty good so far. Once MACD prints green it should really gear up.

I got back in the EURUSD short within few pips from where I got out hrs earlier, same scenario expected

Eur/Usd possible retracement to 1.3612 area possible, but might fall 20 more pips or so, to 161.8 Fib line. Anyone long?

its the default MT4 MACD set to 5,13,1

365 EMA
200 SMA
89 SMA
21 EMA
8 EMA

those all the indi's you need.

id recommend watching the video on the first page as phillip talks about that MACD should be looked at last when considering a trade. The true heart of this system is the market rhythm, the MACD is just for confirmation.

longing this thing now would be asking for trouble. Id wait for the price to base and create a nice MACD pattern showing some bulls are behind it and then I wouldn't look for it to go much higher than the 21 EMA

Page 1 will really provide answers to all your questions. I read it over & Over and find something new everytime.
As for the Indis & templates, have you looked at the attachment folder on Page 1.

Howdy Jj ( sorry if I got this wrong ?) - good to hear from you.
On the info from your chart, there is no reason to be long just yet. Your analysis of a run down to the 161 Fib is pretty valid IMHO and more importantly is the very significant BRN 1.3500 being the Support.
I thought the better than expected US News would have helped propel this down to that level by now so will wait & see. If we get to the 1.3500 zone I will be keen on a CT setting up but lots to happen before then eh

Took a small $audusd short after price formed pin bar at the 21 ema. Trading with 1/3 risk than I normally do as price could very likely return to the 200 sma. Stop just above the 200 sma.

Hi Shanghai,
Just to confirm I have been watching for the same thing but my chart did not give me a PB like yours.
If I can get a close under the 8ma and a TC confirmation on macd, I will have a go back to the recent strong support level and if that breaks, will look for a ride down to the 161Fib.
Whats your targets buddy?

Huh our brokers must be using different close times. I'm looming to get out at the 365 EMA around .9340 as I think price will bounce there again to the 200 sma again as I think this is strong support area.

im currently trading with fxcm from America. I'm moving to Germany next May though and will be very happy to be able to open an account with a regulated ecn broker.


if we get a Tc to print on the MACD then we should be at our target in no time

Any views on the Aussie ? ( Kiwi is similar but not much space down to the 200ma so gotta see it break thru there before interested in a short on that one).

I am getting to bed pretty soon, already midnight here...

I got back in for few moment in the eurusd, I got out -5pips , not bad.
i still interested in audusd, was just thinking a the last pull back on the 21ema... there is still something to do here. but barriersss still there!

and the dollar index still at about the same place as this afternoon,so...
US red news at 8:30 this morning...
the nzdusd, short already target 89sma, (on the daily chart) as first target...should have more room to fall, my guess,SL about 30 pips!
on the eurusd target ...eventually 1.3200 and lower, always if usd index break that inverted HS neckline. ( my guess)
will see!

my view on those pair didn't change, still the same, should go down as per the technical view( my poor view!)
audusd target, possibly .9220...will see!

In audusd hit by SL : lost 34 pips
In nzdusd hit by SL : gain 10 pips, well too close again!

Our ideas for the Kiwi & Aussie are stalling a bit. Have they had enough action for a wee while ?? Perhaps a rest for a breather.

Looks very interesting, me personally id for the price to return to 21 ema has this has already been a decent size down move with no real pull back yet.
