i leave the move to envolve using only trailing stops through fractals
By the way, putting stops right behind fractals means that everybody in the world knows where your stops are. In case the market makers or your broker want to take you out, it is very easy

I liked the old one. New one is too much conservative entry, and most of the times we miss the train. however, I am sticking it to the old version with old version's rule, it may be aggressive but if one can find a way to deal with the unwanted trades it is a goldmine. Nihilist please do tell us that rules are same as mentioned before for the old template and the indi's
Just imagine if i say , you can go casino and you will never lose what will you do ? ...
This is all about..

When using H4 chart, 8 hours is only 2 candles.
It is a very very long time when you use 1min chart. The 4 hours chart show long term trading.
Regarding the fractals, if you look at the chart carefully you will see that it is not (...right behind fractals) but much more pips higher, even higher than the second fractal.

Yes you are right, conservative entry is much better with less pips per week.
But I am aiming for 150 pips per week minimum and anything more than that would be fine.
Moreover not a lot of trades are required (per week), maximum 5 trades would be suffice, but one can achieve the same with just one trade per week too, its all a matter of how the market is and a bit of luck in selecting pairs for the particular trade.

You must not leave a trade open for unknown time, it is basic rule in trading. After 12, 16, 20 hours you can still say that it is just 3-4-5 candles but it is technical matter only. For real world it is very long time. There may be unexpected speeches by central bankers, moves from rating agencies, unexpectedly bad data that was not mentioned in calendar etc etc. All these can cause quick big moves against you.
So, think about finding any rule for when you set your trade to BE. It must not be too early but also must not be too late. For me, the mentioned before 3-candle rule works on hourly chart. Sometimes I have also used the rule of 2 ATR - when price has moved for 2 ATR then I set BE.
I was just sharing my professional experience. But, of course, nobody can prevent you from losing trades like this if you do not want to
