I think the longer term might look something like this, could be wrong need to get over the 0.9520 first hey who knows...

If the price of iron ore is such a negative issue because wages aren't rising but prices are, the argument needs to be taken somewhere else...

..like...to central planners...

Because: with the currency rising, well, duh, commodity prices will fall...exports will fall also...and if other prices aren't falling and you live in AUS, you all should be battling in the streets for central planners to allow prices to fall accordingly for other things....

Strong currency = lower prices.
Weak currency = higher prices.

Central planners think success is based on higher prices....

So, who do you get higher prices?

A WEAKER CURRENCY.
"Holy Grail" exists - accepting where is the first step.

We weren't really saying that we trade based on correlation. I trade based on price action and technical analysis. The argument was based on which correlation is strongest... Also, just so you know CAD and oil prices are actually not very closely correlated, unlike XAU/USD and AUD/USD which are.

About 180 pips on E/A shorts so far ... didn't the gurus say the Aussie goes down?
