Just listened to an interview from an analyst from J.P. Morgan Aus.

Few points he mentioned were:

-Was surprised/puzzled no mention of the high currency to try jawbone it down
-Doesn't expect a rate rise for at least another year
-Strong housing and wage figures
-Believes Aus is thought of as safe investment by overseas investors.
