Trade at your discretion. Here is my plan:

BUY USD/JPY 16 SL/200 TP if fails: 2 attempts on EUR/USD with 5 SL/200 TP

This is because we are trading a speech. During the speech a single word creates a fluctuation on the tick chart or 5 second chart. Spread is relatively low during a speech hence giving you a 5 pip sl trading opportunity, unlike major news on peek moments.

Why not 18 pip stop for NFP? Are you using 16 pip stops now instead of 18 or am I missing something? Cheers.
