Food for thought.

Last month the ANZ business confidence was down and below expectation for the third straight month which led to 150 pips south for the week. I wonder what's in store for this Sunday's number. New York session will be interesting. Curious to see if longs will dump and book before the weekend.

It has been a terribly undisciplined month for me but I am sticking to my short on this one.

Considering that NZDUSD is retracing from 0.8800 mark handle, also coinciding with the upper trend-line resistance of an ascending channel formation on weekly chart, the pair could possibly witness some corrective move towards 0.8680-60 zone.

IMO on Monday, during the asian session, it will quite clear which direction this pair will follow in the next week......

Probably more patterns will appear letting us to choose the side....

Looks like the bulls don't even want to let NZD/USD correct. lol

I might even go long again, off the 1H chart. We'll see...

i'm a beginner fx trader and now i have doubt about my open trades please clarify it.
on 25-06-2014 i have opened a 0.10 sell trade at gbp/usd currency pair at the price 1.6968 and at the same day i have opened a another sell trade on nzd/usd pair at the price 0.8718 and this both trades were raised against me, in this situation i don't know what to do? so you please tell me can i wait for till Monday? or do i need to close these trade? or what i want to do? my account balance is:705.24$ and the equity is 594.84 please reply asap, thankyou.

Personally, I would not be short either one of those trades (GBP/USD & NZD/USD).

You would have to actually wait for the right shoulder to form and then break through the neckline for that pattern to be relevant. Even if you did so, chart patterns are still considered one of the more "speculative" forms of technical analysis.
