the extremes or I should say closest targets,if we break from these coverged averages. {image}
as I posted yesterday if price breaks the converged zone either up or down,initially the bias is in that direction.16829 was the monthly average,my shorts earlier in the week were from that average.it was the last price level the gap was a 100 pips to the extremes.16775 was the key level as posted everyday all week ,weekly,daily,1 hours 15 min,it consistently showed in all t/f calculations. whilst price is trading above that average and its converged price zone which in this case was 75 to 80,s,(the large t/f averages)bias for longs,jurn e picked up on this and made some good longs from this level,
if you look at the price movement its undisturbed to the split high at 16925 the weekly split high.
16775,....key level, weekly averaged,mutiple daily,1 hours and 15 min averages and splits.jurn e was taking longs from here,
16829,....monthly average 1 hour and 15 mins split highs constantly converging to that level,last price ,only the extremes above
16925 weekly split high.
as ive mentioned before watch the levels unfold and see the patterns of price ,ie, the lower to the higher,
price cycles complete on so many levels ,viewing the market this way enables us to understand some of its structure.
the odd timing of this move does no favour to us intraday,but this happens a lot,need to implement a longerterm strat for this.
there is without doubt in my mind a core underlying structure to this market . camouflaged by the chaos of everday transactions.
