I Agree with Shakiba that the pair is signaling an up move. Moreover, it seems reversed from 0.8525 support, 20 EMA on H4 chart near 0.8560 continue to cap the up move, breaking which the pair can test 0.8578 – 0.8580 resistance, coinciding 40 EMA.

as long as milk price is not doubled in supermarket, I don't expect this pair can get 0.90

Milk is not the only export in NZ.

Live Cattle topped out and gapped down on daily.

Lumber topped out on weeklies and lower highs sequence.

Gold was also parabolic some time ago. Now trading at almost half value.

Finally, COT Index both 26/52 weeks shows that Comms/Specs are maxed out @ 100. Last time back in 2011 NU was flushed for 1000 points, when the condition was met. Weekly charts show clear topping action as in the previous last 2 instances.

You think NU goes up? Please present your arguments then.

The gap in the cattle chart is just from rolling of contracts. Cattle have a daily limit of $3.

shorting NU must be done with precision otherwise 3.5 swap will eat up your account.
I'll say short the rallies and I expect push up north 1st.
Have limit shorts at 86 but will add more should price go higher.

No i can not say this or that, i trade the move i prefer the up always, when you say downtrend it require a top, after the top we may see the downtrend sometimes no, bottom new uptrend born, if you focus in the charts you can see what i am saying a lot.
when you start build short and the market goes up and up and you were waiting and waiting first to be right later your pits goes down, at the end you would say it is a fault and you start your remedial plan and so on.

placing a trade and waiting weeks to be profitables is not trading at all my son can do it without me.._ something wrong in this trade i would say.


I have said before here in this thread if u r targeting long term trade catch a good entry for short selling,

I am on the EUR/NZD trail again. 1h/4h showing a base of consolidation. Trying another long with a stop below 1.59
Eur looks like its in need of a minor correction while I see more downside on the kiwi.
