Can't install some MT4 indicators into Indicator folder. Some do install in folder but don't show in Insert part of Platform. Using MB trading platform MT4 build 610.

Hi guys,,
There is new update of mt4 build 646, and all the ex4 indicators stopped working , actually when I drag the indicator to the chart then I can't click on OK, there is no OK option to click on it, there is reset option instead, please I need your help because my trading depends on these indicators .

hi all, ive been looking for solution of this problem same as above. With the new MT4 646, I cant add any indicators even EAs. Kindly please advise any solution? I have googled but seems Im the only one having this problem. My OS is Windows7. Many Thanks!

When you drag the indicator to the chart, press enter from the keyboard

hassan thanks but the problem is even if I did put my indi on MT4>MQL4>indicators but when I open my MT4, I cant find my indicators even my templates.

other way: right click on the chart, choose "save template". This will open a dialog showing the current templates-folder. From there you should be able to know which is the correct indicators-subfolder etc.

an other problem could be that mt4 tries to compile mql4-files on startup, but many build 509-mql4 files will not compile (errors) so the indicator/ea/etc. is not shown. solution: delete the mq4 files and replace the ex4-files with correct compiled ones (=> compile the mq4 files using the old build 509 editor, see my link above).

Im having the same problems, i put my indicators into the c:/programfiles/metatrader/MQL4/Indicators folder and they simply dont show up when im in the mt4 platform. I have mt4 build 646. I cant seem to find this build 509 editor if thats the solution
