Disliked{quote} If you get stopped out of large spread everytime, i think reducing the leverage is not helping at all... Anyway glad that you said you never see a spread that large on Duka.Ignored
DislikedMay I query any futher? How long your experience with duka? Largest spread seen? Any Major Problem so far? I've seen so many reviews regarding Duka saying that the slippage is high. I was thinking that maybe the sl they set is too tight, therefore allowing heavy news like NFP stop them out with high slippage. I think there is no wrong trade, only wrong stoploss. Thanks in advanceIgnored
Disliked{quote} Max commission = £ 0.08 ($ 0.13 ) per 1 XAUUSD unit per round trip. Portfolio Statement → Position Report → Commission Column {image} Gold CME quotes are to 1 decimal point (1305.6-1305.2 = 4 pips). DukaScopy is quoting to three decimal points (1305.589-1305.331 = 2.58 pips).Ignored
Disliked{quote} Wow.....was this on an ENTRY order or on a SL/TP. If it was on and ENTRY order and you had slippage set to 10, then DC are at fault. With SL and TP that might be a different story. What was your position size?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Ok, just a difference of opinion there perhaps. I once left a trade overnight and price came within 0.5 pip of my stop, but my trade stayed in eventually returned a profit. So I am comfortable that everything is right with this broker - but still keep your eyes open just in case things change. {quote} I think you did not appreciate the part about using the bid or the ask price to trigger your stop, so here is an example: If you are short, and you set a stop, normally the ask-price is used to trigger the stop. You can choose to use the bid-price...Ignored

Disliked.... To support this, lately I was trading actively during the day, and I made some 30-40% on my equity during few successfull scalping trades, and what happened was my actions was delayed by their servers few minutes. That is I was getting price feed in my terminal in time, without lag, but they imposed lag on my actions, I wanted to buy gpbusd I guess, so I clicked on ask price, I got pop up message, there is not connection to server, contact support, but I was getting price feed perfectly without delay, so I waited, and saw market would have...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I really don't know that you can choose to use bid or ask to trigger stop. Is it one of the features in dukascopy platform? Right now Iam using oanda, overall is good just that when news release better Don't trade because gbpaud spread can goes up to 60pips.Ignored
DislikedHello, Where can I find JForex custom indicators? I remember the other day there was a public forum in Dukascopy sharing ideas and information of JForex custom indicators, however I cannot find it anymore. In addition, default ADX in JForex looks somewhat different from the ADX in MT4. Period and other settings are the same but its visual display is different. Have anyone found this? Thanks.Ignored
Disliked{quote} If you find above please post. Only place I have found is Jforex Store: Indicators, Strategies, Scripts etc., - http://www.dukascopy.com/jstore/#. Select free to display only free. Somewhat limited.Ignored
DislikedWell this is highly frustrating. TP at 101.813, candle-wick top at 101.813, position still open! I am just considering whether to moan about this..... {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} For closing your trade at TP,you must have BID price at 101.813 (if you are at buy position),but candle values at OHLC (open-high-low-close) show you highest level or ASK price...you missed your TP just for spreed... However,20 GBP is still good trade... :-)Ignored
DislikedOk, 8 bars later we are closed @ TP, and yes the log says something about 'Order has been rejected by interbank party'. {quote} The chart shows bid values, as pointed out by Pollux. I switched it over to the Ask price and all the values went up by 0.2~0.3 pip. Thanks for the comment, eventual close was about £24. The market has been really hard to milk this week, a bit like blowing into your own sail......Ignored
