I think the most fulfilling trait one could ever learn is Patience.

And I don't mean sitting around and watching the click kinda Patience. I'm talking about Patience with yourself.

A small example that's scalable;

You know that person you envy, the one that makes you feel so small. Every time, no words spoken and this person defeats you by their very presence.... Patience, next time they shoot you that arrogant smile, just give yourself a second or two before you commit to your predictable response... Wait, don't commit yet... You will see they're not so strong...
