Update : 5 trades out of 6 trades are all WINNERS. Did not quit the 2 losing trades awhile ago.

When does it close trades? Been in profit for a while but not closing any trades.

Edit: i am running Feb10v66ba, i've looked at the code and know for normal trades and recovery trades how it should work. I'm just puzzled as to how to check for each pair what the target is as when profit is up 8% of account i think it should be looking to close trades before giving it all back.

I will keep digging in the code but so far this EA is very interesting to watch!

I managed to get the trades to close in profit, i made the state variable an extern and also added it to comments, it was always 0 so i think the EA had got stuck in a loop. By manually changing to state_sell2 it seemed to read recovery trades and close basket of trades correctly now.

I will keep an eye on it from now to see what happens.

These are the steps I took to load it.

 

  1. copy files to the appropriate folders.
  2. load up blank charts of the currencies I run (which is identical to the ones listed on page 1) and change to M15.
  3. You should have the EA you want to run 66a, 66b, mayday, etc under the Experts

  4. I just dragged the Mayday expert to each chart one by one. Since I'm running a $1,000 demo, I changed the lot size to .04 instead of .1 as it came.
  5. Each one loaded one by one just fine and looked like this.

Looks correct to me. I also have a Oanda Demo running the 66b version and that's how it looks for me on Oanda as well.
