ok.so we have seen the lower time frame extensions from the averages begin to converge to one point.almost like bringing time time together as one.they begin to converge to the larger time frame averages.so we can now see a clear picture middle point .mean.converged high point above price and low point below price.lets use yesterdays jobs release as an example.price was trading at the mean awaiting release.on release price fell it failed to trade above the middle average point.as the liquidity is pulled pre release price is going to find it .theres only 2 places were its abundant.the converged lower point or the converged higher point.its the simple.price fell to the lower point and imediatly found support in favour of buying.this can be seen by watching a group of pairs.they have a stalling point if they fail to break these points then you are confident to trade the the lower zone .i bought at the low and captued 50 pips back to the mean.the middle averaged point.I could determine price was not going above that point because my other pairs failed to trade above there stall points.i can determine this by there value change.i was also able to determine that the price drop after the release was not a sell of just price dropping to the orders ther .the other pairs were behaving as you would have expected with the result of those figures.the only diference being was that cable was at its stall point and the others were trading below theres prior to the release.if you can study those values it can tell you so much.after all we seem to forget that FX is only matching transactions so if you can determine were the interst is half the puzzle is solved.watch the values to steer you between the orders.Individually one cross tells you very little.if you pool them together as one and aversge it out you can swing the probability in your favour.Sorry im not the best at explaining things .its all piled up in my head and im lousy at putting it into word.maybe ill post some trades and explain my process as i make my tradrs.

Hi goodgame.Yes i have upto 18 lines but the lower timeframes often converge within a few pips of each other so only one lone is shown although i refer in my posts as converged level meaning muptiple levels.for each time frame i have 3 price levels.the average the split high and split low.these are similar to extensions s1 s2 ect only mine are more acurate.for example the split high on the monthly is 175 on cable its been up there for months my chart dosnt show it because it not relevent for my intraday.if price breaks this range i will start to see other time frames converge to that level this lets me know that interst is building around that price area.i post the split highs and lows but as of yet have not posted how i calculate them.but what i will say is the s1 ect are fine to use

Great I start to understand a little.
So what is really the split high for example ? The formula to compute it is a secret for the moment ?

The split highs and split lows are extensions from the average.they are a result of 2 things both connected.cycles and human behavour of which are part of our very make up.they are a simple calculation showing were stops are ac cumilatin and were buys and sells are naturally building .collectivly as a group were very predictable.its not a secret its just my way of calculating this .as i said pivots are ok .this is why the convergence is the key

So using average and pivot points we can make good scalp on GBPUSD :-)

Thats one part of the game.infact simple moving averages or bollingers combined would suffice .but unless you can find away of determining the entries and flows in and out its always gonna be 50 50 minus your spread .that why i use the collective pairs to detemine this.by doung so i can enter from safer points and swing the probability in my favour.combining r/r and money managment your good to go.this is an extremly fickle insyrument.if 1 ingrediant is missing it falls back to coin tossing.

Truth. Putting some examples, step by step would be even easier to understand how the system works, but anyway, congratulations, it is a system that uses only the price itself and changes to operations are performed. You mentioned about conversion points; I do not know if we're speaking the same language, but I usually put the chart in MT4 lines and plot the points where it bounces back a few times.

The convergence is were lower time frames converge to the higher time frame levels.this is a very high probability trade as price will be attracted to the large orders building there.ie lots of liquidity.I started out using simple s/r and that can work fine.but not the expectation of what i think it will do more the outcome of how price reacts at that level.

In fact, I still can not understand very well, but the big "cat leap" would be when convergence occurs in smaller TFs and they go together to the same side. Would that be?

I can see why your not understanding .im lousy at explaining from mind to paper.its far easier if i run through some live trades .as soon as time permits ill post them .only at this moment and for the next two weeks i have so much going on.

closed first scalp 4 pips opened second scalp same price 11,closed 17 level 5 pips.just scalping from split lows to the averages from quote

short on cable from 52 after news,liquidity gap filled all those converged orders at 50 to 60.then safe short

as I type this closed at the converged averages 21 30 pips

im not normally up so early,taken a short on cable at the averages,16889 ,10 pip stop but will close at 5 or six pips against me if price drifts up above those levels

im watching the yen ,which is weakening at present,and doller crosses ,although marginally in profit ill close if those related pairs indicate large flows the opposite way,
