I just opened a small sell at this level - .8230. 5 pip sl. Not sure where we are going. See above.

Well, here's the story. I noticed the spread widening as I typed, so I moved my stop loss, realising I had forgotten about the big Gbp news. This is completely against my rules but as I said, it was a small trade. So now I have a stop at .8243 and am enduring draw down.

A temporary low is formed at 0.8197 today, and back to 0.8229, again nothing much happened to this pair.

Still within the range of 0.8220-0.8245, touched a daily low at 0.8227 today.

With no news and no economic data today, the pair is trading flat at 0.8231. Let's see tomorrow then.

I'm not sure if I believe this up-break. GDP figures 0.1% lower than forecast? As we are still trading inside the January candle range (apart from a small up-break in March) I'm losing interest.

Well, there are some movement today, still struggling, trading 0.1pct lower at 0.8209 in late afternoon.
There is a lot of talk of what the ECB might do next week, we shall see.

.8200 still holding... Plenty of day left, but every attempt to this point to break it has failed. If it doesn't fall today, gotta think we'll be heading back up for awhile...

I actually feel more confused about this pair than ever. Got rejected at .8200 again, yet it is still making lower highs on the 1hr chart, which makes me think this might be a bearish triangle formation, with the floor set to give out.

And with that, a higher high on the 1 hr chart... What has become clear to me at this point, is that I just need to close out my chart and call it a weekend. I can get back into the rat race come Monday.

The EURGBP has very little volume as neither currency had much news and bank holiday in the UK. We will have to see what will happen tomorrow.

Well... Still hanging out around .8200. This pair just can't get its act together either way. So frustrating...
