The CCI is above the 100 line in overbought territory. There could be a rally early in the session. There is a long way befor cci or ewo gets back to the "0" line, and 1 more hump to form on ewo to show a wave 5 confirmation.

So this trade will ride.

hey david, im just curious how do you use pivot lines. i use em just to get a reference of where price is in relation to them but i focus more on support and resistance levels because my indicators show pivots as well as support and resistance levels. do you trade a break of pivots or somethin?

Here is a chart on the last 3 signals. Waiting for the next. Its at a turning point for either an up trend or down.

reversal came in 2-3 hrs ago at 1.2756/60

I reversed at 1.2770

+15 pips

The price may or may not dip below 1.2756 pivot again. So I went ahead and entered.

Big s/l at 1.2690 Below the bottom that has formed.

I am going to try a 50 pip trail on the s/l.

Here is an example of the use of EWO(elliott wave oscolater)

The 3rd hump cannt extend past the largest of the previous two. That is a wave 5 confirmation. Then you know there will be a correction. You can trade the correction or wait for the correction to end and enter. This one looks like a correction could be over. Unless it needs further correction on a different time scale.

Long stopped out -80 pips.....ouch. That trade went no where.

I have discovered that if I use a momentom indacater set at 55, also on the 1 hr chart. I can see if the market is gonna make the move I want. That would have told me befor I left for work the momentom was in deep south territory.

gbp$ should signal short at or near 3 am est.

I am closing aussie out a +1 pip.

oil closed at a record high yesterday wich usually pushes the $ down. But the $ hasn't dropped yet. So at the risk of a big $ selloff I am closing trade out.

The other 2 short signals happened but gbp looke to reverse signal and I have to goto work.

I'll just wait till next week.

Well oil closed at 77.03 still making new highs. But for some reason the USD hasn't dropped. dollar index rose yesterday and doji today.

I was good to pull my aussie trade as it also doji today.

I am not sure what to think of whats going on in the news now and how isreal is gonna affect what currency.

there might be alot of swissy buying next week. I dunno

Long signal was given at 1.2545/55 range today. I missed it. But a correction back to that level wich is also the new pivot and where the 21 ma or middle bolli would come in. So I'll look to enter there.

these trade signals are few and far between. But the last sell signal gave a few hundred pip profit if I'd have taken it. Then the problem with missed signals ike today.

I can say I am having no problems taking 10-20 pips from FXDD. I can tell the differance between them and a desk broker(bucket)

Well didn't get the dip I wanted for a new long entry. But it looks like there could be a sell signal in a few hours.

New pivot is 1.2623 range.

The short can be taken now with a s/l above 1.2660 1st resistance range for the daily pivot.

Direction view is bear Only a break above 1.2660 will change it to bull. The down move will probly just be a correction to this rally

Never got the sell signal I was expecting. Here is the weekly pivot chart.

The price broke the weekly pivot friday at 1.2686. This weeks pivot will be lower than that. Since there has been no retrace to this rally it is possible the price could dip to the new pivot befor continuing up. On the 4 hr chart the cci crossed 0 line along with pivot cross. And ewo is crossed up too. This isn't enough to place a buy order on because that only works on 1 hr chart. But it gives the bull side a positive outlook. the momentom indacater is still under the neutral zone. Also indacating there could be a dip.

Dave,

Since as you say, this set up does not give a frequent signal, do you use the system on some other pairs, in order to increase the number of trades?
If so, which pairs.. I am curious because of the correlations between certain pairs. I am therefore assuming that the Swissy would have very close to the same number of signals and at the same time as Eur/Usd.
