I didn't notice any problems with connection either

the Price still moving on MT4 on iphone while the Price pause on MT4 on windows or Desktop computer ,laptop as well.

Excuse me how can I remove the accounts which I don't want use anymore in my PA?
can you tell me why sometime in mt4 , i lose my setting chart,
i mean , i'm drawing horizontal line, fibonacci, etc.
i close mt4 , and when i reopen my chart ,horizontal line, trend line, fibonacci ,etc dissapear...
so i must drawing again, it's not fun.
can anybody help to fix it ?

Dear Suomi!

Please, choose in your Personal Area the account that you want to archive. In the upper right corner of the emphasized field you will see the symbol like a cogwheel, please, push on it. You will find the list of options and among them there is an option "To archive an account", push on it and the unnecessary account will be archived.

To save your settings, please, perform the following actions. Open the MetaTrader 4, set up all necessary settings of the indicators and after that choose "File" - "Profile" - "Save as" and "Save". After these actions your settings will be saved.
Leaprate included Exness in their approved list, it's worth a lot..)) as far as I know only the best can join this list..

Yes its so sad, Its not the first time this happened, it happened few days before and now i think i should also change the broker coz its happening again and again with exness,

Hmm, sounds strange. I didn't feel any lost conection in my mt4.
Yeah I think the lost of connection lasted for about 15-30mins. ard there, I didn't bother to count i was trading on another platform.

Yes, alright. Thank you. Apology accepted. PLEASE TAKE ALL PRECAUTION TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. I appreciate it.

If I wanted to claim losses, I would have gone to live chat instead of the forum. But one good thing is I HAVE EXPERIENCE THIS BEFORE (LOST OF CONNECTION) and EXNESS did REFUND MY LOSSES. Good on EXNESS!
