removing g/u and calling it a day now, i may not take anymore trades this week, i am just not feeling in sync with the market, maybe it is the recent problems in the news , anyhow what ever it is, it is putting me off balance so i am going to have a short break do others things while the worlds governments try to prove why they should be in power to us (the YOU NEED US syndrome) and find their way to come to the agreement to disagree to return things back to 'normal'.

things appear to be accepting the the new order in eastern europe/russia for now without to much fuss being made at the moment, FOMC is out of the way and the market has started to move again with some clear signs of its intentions now showing, so long as it stays like this i am happy to trade again now .


i am having a go at the u/j as it has the clearest signs of its intention for direction to me, the signs are in the daily so it could be a big player/s leaving these footprints but as always this is just MY interpretation of the current events so let us see where this takes me and what this brings.....

calling it a day now, i am not confident enough to hold this overnight with what is going on in the world ATM so i have removed here, jpy holiday tomorrow so will probably not want to trade it. lets see what tomorrow brings us but i will not hold over the weekend so may trade M5's again tomorrow.

we are at page 10 and so for my part of documenting my journey (for me to study should i ever get 'lost') and what i have found that has made me profitable is all here now, how i see and what i use to try read the market and their charts is laid down as my foundation here.

the one thing i have not touched on is MM, as i said in the beginning of this thread it is all in fti's great thread, i am going to post this one set of charts explaining MY money management as it unfolds, as you can see i use the time frames according to the situation i am presented with, but my main time tenure and analyse is done in the daily/hourly, i personally prefer to trade in the hourly, but that is just MY personal comfortable time tenure.

please be aware every trade is different and this plan/strategy is only for this one situation that i am currently presented with.





at the time of posting this the scout in the '2' sequence has been killed.

my thoughts are....currently we are near a the H4 swing low, and major s/r line in the daily (if you believe in that sort of thing), so i am wondering if they will use the news to do a duck run into this area???? i have seen it happen often before, we will know in about an hour so let's keep an open mind and deal with it as the situation presents itself.

below the chart is two videos i watch often (nearly every day that i trade) i find them especially useful when i need to really focus on what is really happening in the market.

an opportunity to adjust my position has arisen.....

an update on the present situation in my e/c trade.....

these are the trades that test all your abilities and emotions, most import thing is to stay calm and continue to be able to trade other pairs as normal so you are still building your book, this is just another trade and is still currently well within my boundaries of comfort, this is just part of trading, we do not always have really good timed entries and i totally accept that fact, my strategies allow me to deal with this situation, which is what i intend to continue to do and will document this until its conclusion as i have with all the trades i posted.

update on the e/c trade.....

ok it is clear i made a mistake here, time for me to be tested by the market. .

have they found some buyers???????????...........

reducing risk/exposure..... (adjusting)

not holding all those trades over the weekend and i have the opportunity now to remove most at about breakeven so i am not carrying any risk while market are closed.......
