What I see now is shorties @ 170.90/85/80; they probably gonna cover above 171.05/00 if they dont defend price, if they cover there´s gonna be enough fuel to run to 172.00/71.80

Recent weekly highs(Stops?):
171.90/70 (the week before last)
171.20/00 (last week)

By no.2, I mean the price you have decided on in Point 2.

ie, decision level is 170.6 and you see it has broken and you think market decision is long. You decided that if price goes back to say 170.45 that you are wrong.
You then wait for price to retrace as near to 170.45 as possible and then enter long with your SL at 170.44. Enter small at that point as FX-Ray says and add as it goes in your favour (preferably on pullbacks on lower TF).

Another way is to go to www.babypips.com and do the school - it's free and got some good stuff. Look for the lessons of support and resistance and it will show you some ways to view and trade the decision levels (break, bounce, retest etc).

I think you are asking a lot if you don't mind me saying. You've got to have some idea yourself, and if you haven't, then your priority must be to work on your charts until you have, for you simply cannot hope to learn merely from information other people give you, because for a start, that will always vary. If it drops from here, as it is looking likely that it will, you've got to look at various time frames to see where support is. Right now, there's support in the form of the 1 minute 200ema which could send it up to test the high - easily possible. If it breaks then I'll be watching 17,011 which is the H1 200ema and 38.2% fib level, which on my charts, because there is a lot of support not far beneath that level, could well see it reverse. Beyond that, look at H4, and you'll see that at 16,995 we have the 200ema which is right on the Daily pivot. This again should offer strong support if it gets that far. So this is what you have to do, find levels which are most likely to hold and turn the market, bearing in mind all the time the main trend, which at the moment is still up. NO.

That is fine in a classroom or a thread dedicated to teaching like BabyPips.....this thread is not either of these and too many questions just get senior posters annoyed and they stop posting - I know, I have had this problem and seen it many times with other traders....

Interesting set up developing now, as it looks like we may well have a break out to the upside on the 5m chart, though the hourly chart is not somewhere you would want to buy right now. However, it'll be worth taking the long signal just in case it blows through the high.

Remember there is the ADP - NFP data and ISM Non Mfg PMI due later, so the market is in waiting mode....
